Best option for you if you are looking to learn more about diet and lifestyle factors and the role that they play in your overall health and wellness. The program guides you, day by day, in making shifts that will translate into lifelong habits. This is a self-guided program with group support.
During this 28 day on-line, self-guided program you will receive one module via email for each of the four weeks focusing on the following topics:
Clean eating and choosing the foods that are right for YOU
Planning meals, organics and eating out
Self care and putting yourself first
Body movement, and implementing change for lifelong results
The program provides:
4 weekly eBook Guides with daily prompts making it easy to apply these principles to your life
Weekly Recipe Guide-loaded with gluten free and family friendly recipes
A simple to use food diary
Shopping lists for each week
Handouts on topics such as, snacking on the go, gluten free substitutions, how to go gluten free, portions, vegetable cooking methods, and vegetarian proteins
A private Facebook page will be created where you will have the opportunity to share and be inspired throughout the week, at your convenience, by myself and a fellow health counselor, as well as other group members.
This fun and flexible format will guide you to focus more deeply on the foods that you put into your body, as well as the lifestyle choices that you make.

Clean Eating and Holistic Health Workshop Series: $200

This is an interactive and fun four-week Holistic Health Lunch and Learn Workshop Series.
Throughout the program we will be discussing topics including:
why calorie counting doesn't work
eating the rainbow
the energetics of food
the effects of sugar
adding in and crowding out
Recipes and handouts will be provided, and homework will be encouraged. Prepayment is required, and attendance of all four sessions is preferred.
Grocery Store Tours: $80 individual
(or $40 each for a group of 3 or more. 1 1/2 hour commitment)
Discover new and exciting ways to shop for healthy and nourishing foods. Learn about the differences between organic and non organic produce, ways to add more vegetables and fruit into your diet, and how to eat healthier on a budget. This fun and enlightening experience will also help you decipher package labels so that you can confidently shop the aisles, as well as the perimeters.
Pantry/Refrigerator Make-over: $175
2 hour commitment
Ridding your refrigerator, freezer, and pantry of unwanted packaged snacks, treats, and chemicalized processed foods is a wonderful first step in revolutionalizing your health. We will discuss great ways to organize your available space, and talk about wonderful foods that you can purchase to restock your shelves. A grocery store tour is recommended as a follow up to this service.
Healthy Cooking Lesson: $175
2 hour commitment
Learn how to cook new recipes, or healthier versions of your existing recipes in the comfort of your own home! A personalized lesson could revolve around a theme, such as vegan or gluten or dairy free cooking, and can be completely customizable based on the client's preferences. Ingredients are kindly requested to be purchased by the client and available at the time of the lesson.
I am always happy to accommodate and provide group discounts for programs of three or more. If you had a specific topic that you would like to explore in a group format, I would be happy to develop the materials specific to your needs. Topics may include: clean eating, eating for energy, reducing overall inflammation, sugar blues, cooking for children, smoothies and juicing, meal planning, self-care, etc.
