5 Minutes
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Wash and dry the kale. Make sure it's dry.
Once your oven reaches 400, TURN OFF THE OVEN
20 Minutes
Kale
Olive Oil
Salt
Rub kale with olive oil and sprinkle with salt
Lay in a single layer on a baking sheet
Put the kale in the oven (make sure the oven has been turned off) and let it bake for about 20 minutes
The key to keeping the kale chips crisp and not burning them is making sure that the oven is turned off when you put them in to bake!
